Job Description

We believe in developing both existing and future leaders here at Dynatrace. To this end, we are searching for a Leadership Development Coordinator to help us operationalize and expand our leadership development program.

Our current program is limited to only a subset of existing leaders and does not offer any wider leadership development path for individual contributors. As both our existing leadership team and our larger team grows, we want to increase the reach of our development programs.

The Leadership Development Coordinator will partner with both existing senior leadership and an existing external leadership development organization to take leadership content, materials, and approaches both wider and deeper.

We are looking for an organized, hands-on coordinator to help us scale up our leadership development program. In this role you will operationalize our leadership content, develop ways to better track progress through the program and support all necessary coordination.

To succeed, you should be organized, have a passion for leadership development and love project management. You should be a strong collaborator and have good written and verbal communication skills. You should be comfortable working with all levels of individuals – both senior leadership and individual contributors

What You'll Do:

  •  Partner with senior leadership and an external leadership development firm to create and execute leadership development content for both the management team of 18+ but for future leaders as well

  • Develop/coordinate schedules for delivery of trainings, works sessions, meetings

  • Be a key point of contact for our leaders/future leaders as they move through these processes

  • Create/deliver communication strategies to support execution to these projects/programs/processes as well as create a leadership development archive of content and supporting materials

  • Own metrics and reporting around leadership development progress

  • Identify opportunities for improving leadership development experience 

Qualifications

  •  Highly organized with good time and task prioritization

  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver

  • Experience with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Confidentiality and discretion

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2-5+ years of experience in related leadership development or project management roles 

  • Job type: Full time (40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday, regular business hours)
