Finance Administrator - Expenses

Your role at Dynatrace

Our Maidenhead office, serves as our EMEA Shared Service Centre for our Finance team. This is an opportunity to join as a EMEA Expenses Administrator, you will be reporting to our EMEA Expenses Manager, supporting colleagues in 19 EMEA countries.

In your role as the EMEA Expenses Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of duties, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies for expenses, corporate credit cards and travel.

This is a hybrid position and candidates should be able to attend the office 3 days p/week.

Responsibilities:

Expense Management

  • Be responsible for approving expenses in Concur in line with Dynatrace’s expense policy

  • Assist employees with any queries relating to their expenses

  • Provide induction training for new starters on the company expense process

  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports to other departments as well as ad-hoc reports when necessary

  • Monthly accruals for EMEA Concur expenses in Netsuite

Corporate Credit Cards

  • Ensure new starters are issued with a corporate credit card and provide guidance and training for usage of the cards

  • Effectively and timely cancel corporate cards for leavers

  • Pro-actively investigate late payments and fraud alerts and liaise with employees to get these issues resolved

  • Ensure that all credit limits are sufficient for  both credit card holders and central travel cardsand on country level

  • Monthly reconciliation for EMEA purchasing and Travel cards

Travel Management

  • Assist with travel queries for our global booking portal

  • Support in enforcing Dynatrace’s travel policy

  • Provide travel reports when requested by the business

Ad-hoc Duties

  • Assistance with Concur, Netsuite and expense projects

What will help you succeed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience of Concur Expense Management and Netsuite in a fast-paced, multicultural, and rapidly changing environment

  • Experience in corporate credit card management

  • Experience partnering with teams based in several countries simultaneously, providing comprehensive support for all employees

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines

  • Readiness and willingness to take on new responsibilities and drive process improvements

  • Effective team player who exhibits strong collaboration skills in executing tasks and responsibilities

  • Strong sense of business needs and goals

  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of EMEA expense legislation is advantageous

  • Knowledge of other European languages is advantageous
