The Account and Subscription Management Platform is the foundation of Dynatrace’s back-office solution. On top of the platform we build our customer facing services for managing accounts and subscriptions as well as providing license consumption insights.
Drive solutions for an excellent customer experience in the area of account and license management
Shape innovative licensing models, providing transparent insights into license consumption along with controls to support our customer’s use cases
Discover new product opportunities by combining customer feedback, BigData analytics of real users, business intelligence and your own gut-feeling to increase effectiveness (be data driven)
Design use cases end-to-end and provide optimal user experience, without over engineering by truly understanding the user and customer pain points (reduce to the max)
Take ownership for business outcomes, work the critical path pro-actively, anticipate risks and communicate the so-what effectively to all stakeholders (be a leader)
Collaborate with international, technical and management teams daily (think globally)
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to maximize product and use case focus (compete)
5+ years of product management experience, with prior success in setting product strategy and executing it based on research, data, and industry trends.
Passionate about technology and self-driven towards amazing customer experience
You have an entrepreneurial mindset to understand the business goals, customer value and you can translate product strategy into business impact.
You can think big, but at the same time break things down into smaller, incremental goals for the R&D teams.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and to keep our Dynatracers safe, we adapted to a hybrid working model (partly Home Office, partly at the Office). In the Post-Covid 19 reality, there will be the option to choose between a hybrid (mix of Remote Work and at the Office Work) or full onsite (at the office) working model.
