Your role in the team
As Execution Lead, you are the technical lead of a capability (tech domain)
You will bring different engineering teams and stakeholders together to create the best technical solution
You are accountable for the capability’s innovation and maintenance related topics by balancing them with the company’s roadmaps
You are responsible for the capability’s backlog and its execution together with the involved Development Teams
You monitor the delivery flow of the capability and trigger improvements together with your key stakeholders
You make sure that the teams are aligned with our roadmap and that they can focus on their charter
You identify the need of engineering power and find solutions with our Development leadership
You are collaborating with the Organization Lead of the Capability, to make sure that staffing requirements and setup are aligned with the execution needs
What will help you succeed
Deep experience in software development as Senior or Principal Software Engineer, Product Owner, Architect, Development Team or Department Lead in an agile IT/Software environment
Several years of technical leadership experience
Excellent communication skills - you are able to get different stakeholders (Product Management, the team's Product Owner, Architects, ...) on the same page and align people and strategy
You are a team player with passion for leading through coaching and mentoring
You are able to build strong relationships with your colleagues to advance the business
