Community Manager

Your role at Dynatrace

Dynatrace Community is all about people. It’s an integral part of Dynatrace, ensuring product support in a self-service manner, 24/7. Our Community team is looking for a team member with a customer-first approach and Agile mindset. 

As a Community Manager, you'll:

  • Champion the use and adoption of the Community to improve self-service and increases the ability of Dynatrace’s customers to find solutions to their questions without internal team engagement.

  • Identify and create engagement opportunities across forums, such as Community challenges.

  • Work with other teams to provide answers to forum questions.

  • Make sure that the Dynatrace Community is a thriving space! 


What will help you succeed

  • Experience with community or forum platforms, either as an administrator or an end-user.  

  • A good command of written and spoken English. 

  • Experience in IT Customer Support or Customer Services. 

  • Knowledge of community engagement strategies and moderation best practices. 

  • Proactive attitude and high problem-solving skills. 

  • Passion for people and building relationships. 

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the changing context. 

  • Interest in and hands-on knowledge of Agile practices, especially Scrum, is an asset. 

  • Project management experience is an asset. 

  • Basic SEO, copywriting, or proofreading knowledge is an asset.

Compensation and rewards

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. 

  • Salary: 9k - 12k PLN gross per month. We hire only based on a contract of employment (UoP).
