What you will be working on:
Our internal community is a key ingredient in our effort towards a central knowledge sharing platform at Dynatrace. As Knowledge Sharing Manager/Community Lead you will work closely with moderators and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) on our Stack Overflow for Teams instance to make the best use of the platform, and conduct trainings for different target audiences. Furthermore, you will define a consistent cross-tool strategy across departments and countries, collect feedback from different stakeholders and peers, and work on incorporating this feedback as well as defining additional use cases in our knowledge sharing platform.
Lead and manage our entire internal Stack Overflow community, including more than 2,000 Dynatrace employees
Guide and train moderators and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) - and identify them within Dynatrace
Onboard new teams and departments to Stack Overflow
Provide guidance for non-Stack Overflow use cases
Guide our internal community when it comes to the right tool for the right purpose
Have the unique opportunity to further improve internal knowledge management at Dynatrace
Great communication skills to facilitate internal and external communication with all stakeholders
Experience with preparing and giving trainings and knowledge management tools
Technical understanding, ability to communicate with developers as peers

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
