Dynatrace needs you to be part of our Global Sales Enablement team if you can answer yes to these questions and you are ready to roll up your sleeves; we’re looking a Sales Enablement Trainer to join this growing team.

Job Overview:

You will be responsible for facilitating and developing new seller workshops (live and virtual) along with other enablement events and programs.

You will be known throughout the organization for providing a consistently high level of customer service and support to Dynatrace’s extended go to market teams as they complete their on-boarding and continuous development at Dynatrace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

50% of the time...Classroom & Virtual Facilitation

  • Deliver a regular cycle of new seller onboarding activities, including pre-class workshops, new seller “bootcamp,” and after class redux sessions

  • Develop subject matter expertise status in areas such as sales plays, Dynatrace’s value proposition, competitive strategy, sales methodology, value selling

  • Proctor & coach training sessions as part of the new hire curriculum

  • Increase the rate at which, and reduce the time it takes for, new sellers to reach full contribution

25% of the time...Program Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure topics, messaging, and exercises are aligned with the company’s priorities and strategic direction

  • Work with enablement management, sales leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that the delivery methods and practices are innovative and effective

  • Develop materials that supplement ILT discussions and serve as pre-work to optimize workshop time

15% of the time...Seller Analysis & Recommendations

  • Maintain ongoing relationships and credibility with bootcamp attendees and sales management

  • Evaluate and report attendee bootcamp/on-boarding performance and areas for improvement

10% of the time...Assigned Projects – Sales Enablement & Sales Operations

  • Assist with projects and administration efforts for the Sales Enablement & Sales Operations teams as directed

  • Participate in large scale corporate events  – e.g. annual sales kickoff, sales roadshows

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in an Enablement Delivery role

  • Direct sales and sales management experience a plus

  • Engaging and effective at delivering in-person & online training, presentations, and coaching sessions

  • Strong facilitation experience running workshops and managing participants

  • Passion for identifying execution issues and driving sales effectiveness

  • Success in supporting a fast growing, enterprise software sales team

  • Proven success in collaborating, cross-functionally and globally, to develop content and align operational execution

  • Expertise in sales processes, methodologies, skills 

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

  • An affinity for technology

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
