At Dynatrace, we are creating a brand new Design System and we are searching for a curious and creative Senior Visual Designer with a focus on the visual and aesthetic side. You'll join us on an exciting journey, to explore, co-create and validate future concepts of Dynatrace’s Design Language making our products the best expression of our brand and ensuring our visual design is best in class.

You will apply your sense of aesthetic to improve and shape the product’s visual appeal and usability, working on data-heavy conceptual screens to overhaul their look. 

You will join a global team of about 30 designers & researchers sitting across our R&D labs in Austria, Poland, Spain, and the United States.

Your role

  • Contribute to visionary work and idea generation

  • Design visual experiences that unify and exemplify the design language

  • Know the current trends and where the design market is going

  • Unify all visual elements as part of one experience/product character to tell a consistent and compelling visual story

Your profile

  • We are looking for a Designer who already worked on Design Language concepts

  • Know how to balance the best possible outcome with the most efficient way (Not overthinking when the time is not right)

  • Ready to go the extra mile and out of your comfort zone to learn new stuff

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in English

  • Bonus: Visionary concepts portfolio

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according for this position, which is EUR 50,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and to keep our Dynatracers safe, we adapted to a hybrid working model (partly Home Office, partly at the Office). In the Post-Covid 19 reality, there will be the option to choose between a hybrid (mix of Remote Work and at the Office Work) or full onsite (at the office) working model.
