Dynatrace, the global leader in Software Intelligence, is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst - SFDC to join our dynamic and motivated Sales Operations team. We need a smart, roll-up your sleeves type of individual who is willing to go the extra mile to support our growing sales team in the following capacities:

Account and Salesforce Governance

  • Map salesforce.com hierarchy/territories and reassign Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities in response to personnel changes.

  • Promote data cleanliness and accuracy by detecting and resolving duplicates and performing data adjustments as needed.

  • Support overall territory optimization models using territory planning tools, collaborating with the Sales Incentives team to quantify workload within sales territories, and recommend optimal alignments to Sales Management.

  • Work closely with sales management on future role and territory assignments, ensuring balanced account allocation across regions.

  • Work cross-functionally with all teams during fiscal year changeover to ensure a smooth transition between prior and current fiscal years.

  • Ongoing communication with all departments globally to ensure SFDC is updated properly and in alignment with headcount plans.

  • Develop strategy along with our operations and technology team to implement process improvements and automation within our CRM; and lead out execution

  • Work quarterly with the audit team to ensure the customer master data is in alignment with the controls we currently have in place.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, direction and monitoring for junior Salesforce analysts

  • Build metrics, SLAs, escalation procedures and develop dashboards and reporting for Sales and Operational leadership review

Qualifications

  • Minimum expectation of a Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent education/experience

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent CRM experience required

  • 7-9 years running Sales Operations projects and supporting a global sales team

  • Expert understanding of sales process (and software sales is helpful)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Curiosity, passion, integrity and outstanding attention to detail in professional and personal pursuits

  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and deal with ambiguity

  • Unparalleled troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; desire to figure out why and fix it

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, documentation skills, and comfort interacting with all levels of team/management
