As a Dynatrace Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a critical part of our go-to-market team, the first point of interaction with future customers, and will collaborate with the team to inform, identify and qualify opportunities across our key account.
Your role at Dynatrace
We are looking for disciplined, curious, collaborative, results-driven and customer-obsessed Sales Development Representative’s (SDR) to join our SDR village. At Dynatrace the SDR’s are a critical part of our go-to-market team and as our first interaction point with future customers, they collaborate closely with marketing and our Enterprise Account Executives to inform, identify, and qualify opportunities across the global 15,000 accounts. You will be a self-starter who can work autonomously, whilst having a passion to share best practises with the wider team to collectively succeed.
Conduct proactive research on accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other tools.
Profile assigned accounts by developing a comprehensive understanding of the accounts’ business and technology challenges, opportunities, drivers, and market positioning.
Drive outbound ‘named account’ prospecting to generate new logo business opportunities, call into senior IT management and liaise with C-Level contacts.
Design a prospecting process around specific persona’s (Infrastructure, Security, Applications & Digital)
Educate prospective customers on the value of Dynatrace’s enterprise solutions and qualify opportunities with business potential.
Execute programs to increase pipeline generation, improve event participation and overall brand awareness.
Methodically follow up marketing leads/enquiries to support our quest to generate pipeline.
Use CRM (Salesforce preferred) to track all activities against specific KPI’s.
Meet and exceed your defined target of qualified opportunities per quarter
What will help you succeed
Minimum 1 year experience working in a technology solution provider in Business Development, Sales and/or Customer Service
Understanding of the regional technology and cloud market landscape
University degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience
Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred), Sales loft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing
Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both individually and in a collaborative team environment
Strong time management as well as the ability prioritise tasks and effectively meet deadlines
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
Deeply curious and passionate about people and team culture
