Manage global NetSuite and HR business application (UKG and SmartRecruiters is a plus) across the organization by resolving production support tickets, treating logged issues, managing users and coordinating escalations as necessary.
Perform NetSuite support across all processes related to the deployment of work within various application workstreams – including Fixed Assets, AP, AR, GL, Record to Report, Hire to Retire
Providing front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite, HR apps, and data maintenance
Planning, reviewing and customizing NetSuite as needed to meet needs of staff
Maintain user roles and system access working along with HR for onboarding/offboarding
Play a lead role in User Access Review
Assist with quarterly audits
Perform tasks as needed to monitor corporate adherence to standard processes and compliance with corporate policies – including SOX controls
Provide quality assurance testing of business enhancements and reports on as needed basis.
Document knowledge base articles and system process flows
Mentor and lead junior level admins.
Bachelors’ degree or in process of bachelors degree preferred
3 years of experience delivering NetSuite application technical services
3 years of experience delivering HR application technical services (UKG and SmartRecruiters is a plus)
Experience monitoring SOX controls
Ambitious, highly motivated team player committed to delivering outstanding customer support aligned with Business Systems initiatives.
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience with data management with focus on attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across the organization with users at various levels of application proficiency
Ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
