Business Systems Manager - Sales Quote to Cash

Your role at Dynatrace

We are looking for a leader (manager level) with expertise in Quote to Cash business process and applications. The Business Systems Manager Quote to Cash will lead the development team to deliver strategic and operational solutions aligned to the Dynatrace corporate strategy. You will drive team alignment with business stakeholders across Dynatrace organizations. Dynatrace CRM applications include, Salesforce CPQ and Billing with a variety of managed apps and integrations.


  • Execute the roadmap, backlog and prioritization of Salesforce development team for Quote to Cash

  • Lead, influence and mentor development team providing sales and finance application solutions with new application deployments, strategic projects initiatives, continuous system improvements and business process automation. Lead team to balance project priorities and provide guidance on solution design decisions, and technical governance.

  • Manage the intake and grooming process with sales and finance stakeholders and ensure committed deliverables are achievable

  • Design and develop enhancements as needed to support team commitments and project deliverables

  • Engage with sales and finance to evaluate requests for new applications in alignment to enterprise application portfolio and business application strategy

  • Hire, develop, lead and onboard a high performing technical team providing business solutions through SDLC

  • Partner with key business stakeholders to identify and recommend process improvements, automation, performance improvements and focused on excellent user experience

  • Collaborate with Product Engineering Team to solution and integrate applications

  • Ensure change and release management processes and proper change controls, security and compliance are adhered to on all production changes and implementation.

  • Promote and enable team to achieve maximum productivity utilizing DevOps process and tools

  • Stay up to date with innovations and changes in enterprise technology within sales and finance applications, evaluate alternatives and recommend high value solutions

  • Partner cross team with Business Relationship Management, DevOps, and Business Intelligence and enterprise integrations focused on overall team objectives

What will help you succeed

  • Ideal candidate will have subject expertise in quote to cash business operations and technology

  • 7+ of experience with quote to cash business operations and applications in solution delivery and management

  • Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with sales and finance ecosystem across enterprise applications

  • Experience managing and leading a team focused on agility, quality, velocity and customer satisfaction

  • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and revenue cloud with multiple add on applications and integrations.

  • Experience with NetSuite QTC a plus

  • Experience DevOps tools for release management and source code repository, Copado or similar application a plus

  • Team player, you are passionate in team collaboration and can work across multiple Dynatrace organizations to deliver outstanding customer service
