Job Description

What we are looking for 

We are looking for talent that has recently graduated, and/or spent up to a year gaining entry level work experience in the IT industry, to join our paid virtual training program. Entry dates are flexible, as we run the program multiple times a year.  

After the 14-week training program you will join our team within the Customer Support department as a Customer Solutions Engineer. As part of our team, you will be an integral part of our customer support and success. You will work on troubleshooting our platform for Dynatrace clients, working in multiple technical environments, on multiple languages, throughout the digital ecosystem.  In this role you will be the final level of technical customer support, resolving complex issues that our first line of support is unable to.  

Key Activities: 

  • Recognize and solve problems as reported by customers related to our Dynatrace platform  

  • Interact with diverse customer technology ecosystems and be exposed to an entire range of cutting-edge technologies  

  • Work directly with customer application specialists to troubleshoot and resolve platform or product issues  

  • Work closely with our R&D and product management teams  

  • Attend training for new product features and technologies  

  • Exchange knowledge with other colleagues and suggest product improvements

How we prepare you 

  • Our Professional Development Program (PDP) is an intensive 14-week training designed to educate and empower you. It will enable you to develop the necessary skills to engage with our clients with confidence as a customer solutions engineer.  

  • PDP provides you with a strong foundation of communication and presentation skills, consulting methodologies, technology (Dynatrace, and the ecosystems it monitors and interacts with, including automation) on which to build a career with us – many of our leaders started their career at PDP. 

  • You will be joining a team of 10-18 other students from around the world to learn from our industry experts. Our instructors are there to teach, coach and ensure your success throughout your program. 

  • You will be assigned a personal mentor from your future team, who will provide additional support and local advice.

Additional Information 

This application is for our Professional Development Program, based on your final interview result you could also be considered for the Software Delivery Consultant, Performance Analyst, or Product Specialist role.  


Your profile 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline

  • Mastery of local language, written and spoken (additional languages are a plus!). 

  • Eligible to work in job location. 

  • Charismatic communicator (presentation skills are a plus!). 

  • An understanding of commonly used web & enterprise application technology stacks, databases, and networks (containers, automation and cloud technologies are a plus!). 

  • A passion for technology and continuous learning.

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 annual salary plus benefits
