Senior Manager, Sales Operations Analytics

We are seeking an outgoing, hands-on, and collaborative individual to lead the Global Sales Operations team’s Sales Analytics and Power BI team. The person filling this role will partner cross functionally with global stakeholders across the sales organization, playing a critical role in ensuring the continued acceleration of the business.

About Your Team

You will be a leader within Dynatrace’s Global Sales Operations team.  Your Analytics and Power BI team works closely with senior leadership, to develop and deliver reporting automation solutions that enable efficient and effective decision making and ensure crisp operational excellence.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of global self-service dashboards and reporting analytical tools, levering your knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Sigma, and SQL

  • Develop programs and processes to ensure the global delivery of  accurate sales metrics and data

  • Create training and enablement programs to drive dashboard adoption and informed use

  • Foster an environment of collaboration and continuous learning and development with a team of two direct reports

 

 

Who You’re Working With

  • You’ll work closely with senior and executive leadership throughout the year, ensuring alignment of and on business goals and expectations

  • You’ll partner with the broader Sales Operations team members across the globe, ensuring they’re aligned on expectations and able to execute against plan

 

Your Location

  • This position will require occasional travel to Dynatrace's corporate office, in Waltham, MA.

  • The ideal candidate will live within driving distance from Waltham and have the willingness to travel to the office when necessary. 

  • 10% travel on a monthly basis

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements 

  • 5-10 years of progressive Sales Operations experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or relevant field or its equivalent; a Master’s degree is a plus, but not required.

  • Experience with and working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and Power BI or SQL is required

  • Direct experience leading teams and driving cross functional collaboration.

  • Innate ability to develop cross functional business relationships across all levels of management seniority

  • Capability to implement best in class processes focused on delivering business results.

  • Ability to concisely communicate complex topics to a broad audience including technical and non-technically driven functions.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities are required.

  • .Experience in the software/high-tech industry is a plus.

Compensation and rewards 

  • The salary range for this role is $145,000- $180,000. Position might be filled at a higher level based on candidate experience
