Quality and Test Engineer - SAP Success Factors (Remote, United States)
The QA and Test Engineer will coordinate Quality Assurance Testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing as we transform our HRIS portfolio to SAP SuccessFactors. This business facing role will partner with worldwide HR business operations leadership as it defines and maintains reusable test automation frameworks, including user acceptance testing, and perform vital quality analysis across critical business processes and applications in HR functional areas. This role will provide exceptional coordination and communication with stakeholders and partners during the global roll-out of SAP-SuccessFactors modules, document and curate test cases for automation, and provide technical leadership for other Analysts. As a member of the Run Team, continuously strive to make systems/processes more efficient by introducing automation, reducing manual work, and enabling data driven decisions. We are looking for someone that is a self-starter with the right mix of functional, technical and quality testing automation experience that can roll up their sleeves and hit the ground running. Ideally, this candidate will have prior experience in a global technology company as a Quality Test Engineering Lead using SAP-SuccessFactors.
Your role at Dynatrace
Quality Assurance testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing for the global deployment of SAP-Success factors platform, including integrations and supporting systems
Serve as a quality engineering subject matter expert as it relates to SAP and SAP Success Factors and other applications, including building automated test cases and running functional/regression testing
Work closely and effectively with business stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure application performance and end-user satisfaction
Lead documentation effort for both test case automation, results and overall QA/UAT process
Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and document defects during User Acceptance Testing
Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks and help remove obstacles to release
Develop and continuously improve testing environments, automated tools, and documentation for QA/UAT processes across all functions within HRIS/HCM services and applications
Extend successful processes and automated testing tools across other business applications as required
What will help you succeed
5+ years of experience SAP and SAP Success Factors, including test automation experience, SAP certifications a plus
HS Diploma or GED required
Extensive testing background with a thorough understanding of automation test techniques, across all phases of SDLC
Must have demonstrated experience and success coordinating and facilitating testing efforts with end-users (UAT)
Experience establishing and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks and creating reusable component libraries
Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and SDLC best practices
Previous experience participating with Agile/ Scrum methodology
Prior experience with other HCM and business applications such as UKG, SmartRecruiters, Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, and Dell Boomi are all a plus

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or Information Systems
