Senior Product Experience Designer: Digital Experience

As a Senior Product Experience Designer within Digital Experience Monitoring space, you'll tackle complex design challenges and collaborate closely with product managers, solution experience leads, and other design practitioners. You'll help bring our company vision to life by shaping intuitive and delightful customer journeys, significantly impacting the future direction of the Digital Experience Solution in Dynatrace.
The Dynatrace Digital Experience solution provides a complete picture of what our customers’ end-users are experiencing. We use our AI-powered observability and advanced AI Ops to give teams the precise, automated insights and context they need to proactively deliver better customer experiences and drive better business outcomes.
Real User and Synthetic monitoring combined with movie-like session replay, provide application optimization, enhanced customer experience, and superior customer support across all digital channels.
In this role, you'll:
Drive the end-to-end solution experience alongside the Solution Experience Lead and other designers – with artefacts as required to ensure the customer experience is optimal: for example, customer journeys, use cases, and persona development.
Collaborate closely with the solution experience lead, product managers, engineering, and other UX designers in product-led growth initiatives by highlighting Dynatrace value and differentiation in-product, to drive customer adoption and contribute to meeting business goals.
Plan and perform qualitative and quantitative user research , collect and analyze data, and help identify pain points, prioritize their resolution, and translate insights from both qualitative & quantitative data to inform your designs.
Be hands-on to visualize, prototype, test, and measure design solutions – e.g., with information architecture, user flows, wireframes, mockups...
Facilitate and plan workshops to encourage design thinking.
Act as a customer advocate while continuously partnering with product managers, product owners, experience leads, and other design practitioners to ensure consistency across the solution.
Uphold user-centered design principles and evangelize its methodologies and values to stakeholders, cross-department teams, and subject matter experts.

What will help you succeed
You have at least 5 years of experience and a demonstrated track record of designing, and shipping digital software products — working on complex applications and systems is a big bonus.
You are comfortable and especially keen to work through business and design problems from beginning to end — for example, planning and doing research, investigating the problem space and the why behind it, and translating insights and data into concepts that inform new products and features, designing detailed solutions to make things real, and continuously learning from and iterating upon what you ship.
You have strong communication and presentation skills, to help people understand the rationale behind design proposals and the complex nuances of design problems.
You have plenty of experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience and knowledge in SaaS, analytics, cloud-native technologies, and Digital Experience Monitoring is a bonus.
