Human Resource Administrator (m/f/x)
In this role you’ll provide an Employee Experience that enables inclusion, empowerment & flexibility, through the administration and support of our employees and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders. We’re looking for someone with a strong customer-driven attitude towards employees of all levels, and who enjoys administrative work.
Your role at Dynatrace
Provide professional advisory support to employees in different aspects of their employee life cycle, and therewith ensure an employee experience that enables flexibility, empowerment and inclusion
Administration and support of our temporary leavers; educational leave & part-time, parental leave
Be the point of contact for our external relocation vendor and administer the relocation of international new hires and intercompany transfers.
Support international employees in their relocation, during their intercompany transfer and their work visa process
Take over the internal stakeholder management for international new hires and inter-company transfers
Administrate all queries relating to the HR system
Ensure employee files are kept up to date and in line with GDPR requirements
Involvement in ad hoc HR projects and any other HR related tasks and responsibilities as reasonably required
What will help you succeed
Ideally already experience in the HR field (we’re open to hire juniors & seniors)
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of MS Office and intermediate Excel skills
Ability to build strong relationships both within the HR team and across all departments.
Ability to act with professionalism, discretion and sensitivity.
Independent, pro-active way of working and hands-on mentality

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 38.600 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
