Revenue Accountant
Your role at Dynatrace
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and expand overall knowledge of US GAAP accounting
Collaborate with company’s global accounting teams to ensure appropriate accounting of various revenue streams and partner accruals
Collaborate with Order Management, Sales Operations and Renewals team to ensure that transactions are properly reported in Salesforce and booked in NetSuite
Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Assist with other accounting projects as needed
Assist with preparation and documentation of Company’s revenue recognition for material revenue transactions
Assist with monthly analysis of actual revenue vs. forecast
This is a hybrid role (2 days per week) out of our Boston, MA office.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
1+ year of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Requirements:
Prior ASC 606 experience at a Software or SaaS based Company or public accounting experience involved with revenue testing is a plus
Professional experience in accounting/finance
Demonstrates understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Must be a highly motivated individual with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with others
Must have exceptional organization and communication skills
Experience with MS Office with excellent knowledge of Excel
Experience with Salesforce NetSuite, and Monday is a plus
Prior experience with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements is a plus

Compensation Data
DOE, salary $65K - $85K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
