Director, AI Strategy and Operations

Your role at Dynatrace

The Director of AI Strategy will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's Internal AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving the adoption of AI technologies across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a comprehensive internal AI strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.

  • Lead the identification and prioritization of AI initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable business value and ROI.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases and develop roadmaps for implementation.

  • Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of the AI roadmap, and associated dependencies, issues and risks.

  • Communicate the AI strategy and its impact to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor and report on AI Use Case performance to senior leadership and cross functional stakeholders.

  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and assess their potential impact on the organization.


This position is able to sit remotely.  Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Boston, MA, Detroit, MI, Denver, CO, or Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid (2 day per week) out of our Dynatrace office. 

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Compensation and Rewards

DOE, salary $160K - $190K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
