Salesforce Specialist/Developer (CPQ)

This is a hybrid role (2 days per week) out of our Boston, MA office.
We are looking for a high performer and Salesforce CRM Specialist/Developer (CPQ) to join our Business Systems organization (Corporate IT) in support of our growing business and advance the integration of Salesforce at Dynatrace.

You will play a key role in the configuration and design of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and its offerings. You will be responsible for various projects including the development, and maintenance of our CPQ and Billing implementation and driving a seamless Quote-to-Cash business process. You will ensure that the overall Salesforce solution at Dynatrace optimizes our investment in Salesforce, balancing business needs with technical complexity.
What will help you succeed
• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions that accurately track usage-based pricing and billing, including defining consumption-based pricing models, associating them with products and handling usage data.
• Configure, develop, test and troubleshoot within Salesforce using Flow, Visualforce, Apex, LWC, APIs and related components.
• Develop overall solution design options and recommendations, considering pros and cons (i.e. object structure, development of formulas, integration points, needs for non-native functionality)
• Write comprehensive design specifications (functional specifications, solution design document, change controls, data migrations, technical design document)
• Applying Agile methodologies, work with product owners, business analysts, project managers and business users in sprint planning, story grooming and estimation as well as release planning and execution.
Minimum Requirements:
• To be part of our close-knit agile team, you should bring technical skill, strong interpersonal skills, a passion for learning and a team spirit.
• 3+ years experience administering/solutioning/development with Salesforce
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and subscription-based licensing.
Preferred Requirements:
• Proficiency in various CPQ functionalities such as QCP, subscription-based licensing, usage billing, amendments, co-terming and renewals is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agentforce / Agent Builder to define agent behaviors, topics and actions.
• Ability to build custom solutions and integrations for usage-based billing.
• Experience working with Salesforce Deployment tools such as Copado as well as an understanding of the nuances of CPQ deployments.
• Salesforce certifications preferred, e.g., Salesforce Developer, Specialist, or Consultant paths.
• Experience working with Jira a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) a plus

Compensation and Rewards
DOE, salary $120K - $150K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
