The Global Proposal Team Manager leads a high-performing team responsible for managing and delivering strategic, client-focused proposals across global markets. This role ensures the development of compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals that align with the company’s brand and business objectives. The manager will also oversee the coordination and completion of security questionnaires and due diligence documents, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate responses.
This is a senior-level global role that requires adaptability and strong time management skills. The role supports stakeholders across all major regions, including APAC, NORAM, EMEA, and LATAM, so flexibility across time zones is essential.
What will help you succeed
Lead and manage the global proposal team, ensuring high-quality proposal submissions across regions.
Oversee the end-to-end proposal process (RFI, RFP, RFQ, ITT), including planning, content development, review, and submission.
Coordinate the completion of client security questionnaires and due diligence requests, collaborating with Security, Legal, Privacy, Product, Engineering, and other teams.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define proposal strategy, win themes, and value propositions.
Ensure proposals and security responses are tailored, persuasive, and aligned with client needs and expectations.
Implement and maintain proposal best practices, templates, and governance processes.
Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Analyze proposal outcomes and feedback to drive improvements in future submissions.
Manage proposal tools and content libraries, ensuring up-to-date and reusable content.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform proposal strategy.

What will help you succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
Along with key soft skills, the successful Global Proposal Team Manager will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
At least 7 years of experience in proposal management, with 4+ years in a people management role
Proven track record managing complex, multi-region proposals—ideally in a high-tech or SaaS organization
Strong project management, writing, and editing skills
Proficiency with proposal automation tools and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines across time zones
Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and ability to interface across all levels
A “customer first” mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
Ability to embrace change with a positive attitude and pivot when needed

Compensation and Rewards
Base Salary Range: $148,000 – $185,000 (based on experience, skills, education, and location)
