As a Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be the driving force behind sourcing and securing world-class AI engineering talent across the globe.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment for cutting-edge AI roles—from Large Language Models to AI Observability Engineers.
Be the expert: Use your deep market knowledge to challenge the status quo and uncover hidden gems in the AI talent pool.
Collaborate with hiring managers, stakeholders, and leadership to align hiring strategies with long-term business goals.
Brand ambassador: Represent Dynatrace with passion and authenticity, working closely with our Employer Branding team to amplify our voice.
Manage multiple requisitions with agility, balancing speed and candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
Support other tech stack hiring such as Java, React, Javascript, C++, Kubernetes and cloud engineering
What will help you succeed
Proven experience recruiting across technical domains, especially in AI Engineering—LLMs, autonomous agents, and AI infrastructure.
Experienced hiring software engineering roles like Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, React, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tech.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A strategic mindset with experitise in listening, asking the right questions, and aligning talent with business goals.

Compensation Data
We offer attractive compensation packages with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we must disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €74,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary that is in line with qualifications and experience.
