Gabriel Prioli, Principal Solutions Engineer
Gabriel Prioli's 11-year career at Dynatrace began with a training program that prepared him for a Delivery Consultant role. Over time, he outgrew this position and started searching for his next challenge. When offered a Team Lead role, Gabriel realized it wasn't the right fit and even considered leaving the company.
But just as our product evolves, so do our career opportunities. When the Sales team opened new roles to bring more technically skilled people onboard, Gabriel switched teams and joined Sales. She started her career at Dynatrace before the pandemic. When everything shifted to remote work, Anna and her team adapted and brought in many new team members. Once they finally could meet in the office, uncertainty still lingered about how she'd rebuild the connection and navigate the hybrid work.

Benjamin Davidson, Extensions Architect
Benjamin set out to switch jobs and industries. At the end of his studies, he began searching for a role. He attended a career fair at his university but immediately felt out of place and considered leaving. But the story took a different turn.
Benjamin promised himself to drop off at least one resume. He returned to the hall, and the Dynatrace booth caught his eye. It was the only company he shared his resume with that day.
