Gabriel Prioli's 11-year career at Dynatrace began with a training program that prepared him for a Delivery Consultant role. Over time, he outgrew this position and started searching for his next challenge. When offered a Team Lead role, Gabriel realized it wasn't the right fit and even considered leaving the company.
But just as our product evolves, so do our career opportunities. When the Sales team opened new roles to bring more technically skilled people onboard, Gabriel switched teams and joined Sales. She started her career at Dynatrace before the pandemic. When everything shifted to remote work, Anna and her team adapted and brought in many new team members.
