Lead HRIS Analyst (Remote, United States)

Dynatrace People and Culture Team are embarking on a large scale transform initiative to enhance our people processes and technology. We are searching for a new Lead HRIS Analyst to join our team in Michigan, you will focus on requirements definition, analysis, testing, deployment, and documentation of business functions and processes, as well as consult on strategic plans and work to optimize the use of digital HR platforms.

Provides HCM and digital process support for multiple lines of business / regions / product sets.
Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs regarding P&C digital solutions
Maintains currency with emerging technologies, P&C /business data management requirements and evolving regulatory considerations.
As a SME, works closely with P&C process owners and Centers of Excellence to define, analyze, and document people processes, systems and data to provide effective solutions, data governance, and efficient work processes.
Partners with users and Business Systems for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions and implementation of applications.
Maintains and communicates HCM design standards, including visual interface specifications, standards and practices.
Participates in the development and implementation of programs to improve documentation between HCM and the overall P&C function.
Supports ensuring data quality issues such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in a cost-effective and timely fashion
Collaborates with P&C Centers of Excellence, Business Systems, and other stakeholders on development of data integrity testing, measurement and issue resolution strategy.
Discovers impactful insights that are both critical and relevant from a business analytics / intelligence standpoint.
Consults with business leaders to identify new reports or data needed to support business decision making.
Simplifies and standardizes P&C processes across the organization.
Interpreting data and consulting with stakeholders in P&C and the business.
Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for activities to improve the digital employee experience & moments that matter in the organization including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
Supports data-driven implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives.
This is a stand alone position that must be willing to work EST hours.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years experience with an HR background to ensure policies and procedures in the HRIS meet organizational needs and goals
Bachelors Degree
Preferred Requirements:
Previous experience working in a international company in HRIS Technology, ideally SuccessFactors
Experience on projects during design, configure/build, implement and stabilization phases is a plus
Excellent communication skills and able to effectively partner with stakeholders at various levels
Data driven and able to use data to support decision making
Excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative and collaborative mindset

Compensation and rewards
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.
