Lead Executive Assistant

Your role at Dynatrace

As the Lead Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic initiatives and enhancing operational excellence. Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Alignment: Act as a trusted advisor and extension of the SVP, ensuring strategic alignment and execution across global teams in line with our mission, vision, and purpose.

  • Executive Representation: Serve as a key communication link between senior leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity and continuity in all interactions.

  • Cross-Organizational Facilitation: Coordinate interactions between cross-functional leadership to enhance collaboration across functions to support significant business initiatives and drive unified efforts.

  • Project Management: Oversee a portfolio of critical projects, ensuring they progress on schedule and meet the high standards synonymous with Dynatrace.

  • Budget Analysis and Reporting: Assist with development, analysis, and reporting of department budgets including global travel and other employee-related programs.

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support including cross-functional calendar management, meeting coordination, travel, and expense reporting.

  • Meeting Preparation and Accountability: Assist with agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings, ensuring the SVP is well-prepared for all engagements, document decisions, and follow up on agreed upon action items to ensure completion.

This role is a hybrid position (2 days per week) out of Mountain View, CA. 

What will help you succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:

Minimum Requirements  

  • Significant experience (7+ years) in a similar role, preferably within a technology or software company, demonstrating an ability to effectively manage and influence within a complex organizational structure.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.

  • Strategic Acumen: Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities with a proven track record of executing high-impact strategic initiatives.

  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to manage, mentor, and influence others. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and representation.

  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changes while maintaining focus on key business objectives.

  • Organizational Skills: Superior organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management tools and software.

Compensation and Reward

  • The compensation range for this role is $140-170k. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location. 

  • Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.   We also offer medical/dental benefits, and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement.
